About Mary Diaz Aesthetics

My name is Mary Diaz, I am Registered General Nurse with over 20 years nursing experience. The majority of my career has been within the speciality of emergency nursing, where I currently work as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner.

I have always enjoyed working autonomously and developing my career into the role of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. I spent 4 years working aboard cruise ships as a Senior Nursing Officer, this is where I met my husband, Ricardo.

Outside of my nursing work my husband and I own and run a café and bistro, Ricardo’s Café and Bistro. We have two small children and at times life can be a little hectic.

This is how I first became interested in aesthetic medicine, I realised that I wasn’t getting younger and didn’t have as much time or money to pamper myself. I wanted to find a treatment that would actually work. Through my search I found a whole range of aesthetic treatments, not only backed with research but which I have tried and tested on myself, family and friends. I have undergone and continue to develop extensive specialised and accredited training in aesthetic medicine at Cosmetica Training, an approved and highly respected training centre.

I established Mary Diaz Aesthetics to provide a safe, honest service, respecting each client as an individual with varying needs. My main aim is to provide natural looking treatments, giving you the confidence to not only look amazing but feel amazing too.

I am an Independent Nurse Prescriber and firmly believe in offering a high-quality service using the latest research and finest quality products available, in a trusted confidential environment. I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, a member of Royal College of Nurses (RCN), a member of BACN (British Association of Cosmetic Nurses) and have full medical indemnity insurance with Hamilton Fraser.
