The gel is injected under the skin using an ultra-fine needle. The gel fills lines and wrinkles and adds subtle volume. The hyaluronic acid within the gel retains moisture. Depending on the treatment and product, results can last up to 18 months.

Prior to the treatment a topical anaesthetic cream will be applied to achieve optimum comfort while having your treatment.

Juvederm injectables are a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment, so recovery time is short and you will be able to continue your normal life with little disruption. Full aftercare advice will be given, usually you will be advised to stop wearing makeup for 12 hours and advised to avoid sun, sauna and steam rooms for 2 weeks.
